Terms & Conditions

Last updated: June 2026

Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before placing an order. By purchasing from soluxsneakers.com you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Who we are

SOLUX Sneakers operates at soluxsneakers.com. You can contact us at hello@soluxsneakers.com.

2. Products

We take reasonable care to ensure all product descriptions, images, and prices on our website are accurate. Product images are for illustrative purposes only and minor variations in colour may occur due to photography and display settings. All prices are shown in British Pounds (£) and are inclusive of any applicable VAT.

3. Orders and payment

Placing an order on our website does not form a binding contract. A contract is formed when we confirm your order by email. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including in cases of pricing errors or stock unavailability, in which case any payment taken will be refunded in full.

Payment is taken at the time of placing your order. We accept the payment methods shown at checkout.

4. Delivery

Delivery timescales shown on our website are estimates and we cannot guarantee delivery by a specific date. Risk in the goods passes to you upon delivery. If your order is delayed or lost, please contact us and we will investigate with our fulfilment partner.

5. Returns and refunds

Our full returns policy, including your right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, is set out on our Returns & Refunds page.

6. Your consumer rights

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions affects your statutory rights as a consumer under UK law, including your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013. Where there is any conflict between these terms and your statutory rights, your statutory rights will take precedence.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, our total liability to you in connection with any order will not exceed the price paid for that order. We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or economic losses. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

8. Governing law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the law of England and Wales. Any disputes arising in connection with these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page will always reflect the most recent version. Your continued use of our website after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
