Returns & Refunds

We want you to be completely happy with your SOLUX Sneakers order. If something isn't right, here's everything you need to know.

Your right to cancel

Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, without giving a reason.

How to start a return

  1. Email us at hello@soluxsneakers.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and reason for return.
  2. Wait for confirmation. We'll reply within 1–2 business days with return authorisation and instructions.
  3. Post your item back to the address below using a tracked service. You remain responsible for the parcel until it reaches us.

Return conditions

To qualify for a refund, items must be returned:

  • Unworn and unused
  • In their original packaging
  • With all original tags still attached

We reserve the right to refuse a return or reduce the refund amount if these conditions are not met.

Who pays for return postage?

Return postage is the customer's responsibility, unless we made an error — for example, if we sent the wrong item or the wrong size. In those cases we will cover your return postage costs in full.

Refunds

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will process your refund within 14 days. Refunds are issued to your original payment method. Your original standard delivery cost will also be refunded, as required by law.

Please retain proof of postage until your refund has been confirmed.

Faulty or incorrect items

If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or not as described, please contact us at hello@soluxsneakers.com within 30 days of delivery. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, you are entitled to a full refund for faulty goods within 30 days of purchase. We will arrange and cover all return postage costs.

Your statutory rights

Nothing in this policy limits or affects your statutory rights under UK law.
