Where We Deliver
We currently deliver to mainland UK addresses only.
Delivery Options

Order Processing
Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days of payment being confirmed. Orders placed after 2pm may be processed the following business day.
Tracking
Once dispatched, you'll receive an email with your tracking number.
Failed Deliveries
If you're not in when delivery is attempted, the courier will leave a card with re-delivery or collection instructions. For uncollected parcels returned to us, contact hello@soluxsneakers.com and we'll arrange re-dispatch.
Missing Orders
If your order hasn't arrived within 7 business days of your dispatch confirmation, email us at hello@soluxsneakers.com and we'll investigate straight away.
